Return Policy

Full Price merchandise is only eligible for a full refund if returned within 21 days after delivery date. Merchandise received after 21 days will not be refunded and may qualify for store credit at our discretion.

All SALE items can be returned within 21 days for store credit or exchange only.

All international orders are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and placed back into original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.

We kindly ask that you do not send your return using a personal shipping label. See “Returns & Exchanges” for return instructions.

We only accept returns on items purchased directly from DL1961.com. We do not accept items purchased from other retailers.

Making a Return or Exchange

Make sure to have your email address you placed the order with. Then, click here and follow the instructions to start the return or exchange process. We kindly ask that you do not send your return using a personal shipping label.

Once you’ve signed into the returns portal, please click your reason for return. You will then get the option to RETURN, EXCHANGE or FIND SOMETHING NEW.

Select RETURN to receive a refund for your full priced purchase (excludes Sale items).

Select EXCHANGE to exchange for the same product in a different size.

Select FIND SOMETHING NEW to explore a curated selection of best sellers and choose a different style. You can then continue to follow the prompts to create your exchange.

Please download and print the packing slip with your return.

Place your order back into the original packaging, then seal it securely.

Attach the pre-paid, pre-addressed UPS Return Label you printed to the outside of the package and drop it off at your closest UPS location. No additional postage is required.

Shipping

For orders in the United States, we offer Ground, 2nd Day and Next Day shipping through UPS.

All domestic orders qualify for free UPS ground shipping.

For UPS Ground shipments, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been processed, it will be delivered within in 3-7 business days depending on the destination.

For orders placed with expedited shipping (overnight delivery or 2-day shipping), please have your order submitted before 11:00AM EST to qualify for same day shipping.

Please note, we do not ship to PO Box addresses at this time. All orders submitted with a PO Box address will not be processed.

International Orders

At this time, all international orders are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

We offer international shipping to the following countries through our shipping partner, Global E: Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Qatar, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.

All international orders will be shipped via DHL. Shipping rates are based on destination.

Your order will be shipping on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. You will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties that may be assessed and added to your purchase price. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

At this time, we are not able to process returns, exchanges or refunds on international orders.

In case of shipment refusal once order is processed and shipped, you will not be eligible for any refund.

Coupon codes and promotional incentives cannot be applied to international orders at this time.

Common FAQs

When will my credit card be refunded?

  • Once your package has been received by our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 2 weeks. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
  • Note that the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.

How do I change or cancel my order?

  • Once an order has been submitted to dl1961.com, the customer cannot make any changes or cancellations to the order. If a customer has any questions regarding their order, please email hello@dl1961.com.

How do I apply a discount code or gift card to my order?

  • To apply a gift card or discount code, you must enter the code in the section at checkout that reads 'gift card or discount code'. Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be combined when other promotions are active on our website or with other discount codes.

When will my order ship?

  • Once you place your order, it will be shipped from our distribution center in New Jersey. Please allow 1-2 days for the order to process. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has shipped.

What if my merchandise arrived damaged?

  • Please email photos of the damaged items to hello@dl1961.com for us to review. Photographs should also show garment with tags and full packaging. Please note orders will only qualify for a replacement if purchased directly from dl1961.com. Damaged goods have to be reported with two weeks of purchase to qualify for a replacement.

What if I received the wrong item?

  • We apologize for the inconvenience and will do everything to make it right. Please contact our team at hello@dl1961.com.

What if my item is not as pictured?

  • Because the resolution and color composition of each computer monitor, tablets and mobile device varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors for products displayed on our site. Also note that due to the hand-finished nature of some of our styles, each garment may be unique.
