Returns initiated after 20 days will not be refunded and may qualify for exchange or store credit only. Returns must be dropped off at UPS within 7 days from initiating refund.

All international orders are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. International includes the U.S. territories of Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands. Alaska and Hawaii are also NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and placed back into original packaging with all original tags and labels attached. Please be aware it is at the discretion of the company to deem an item damaged.
LEATHER RETURNS - Leather product can be returned per our policy but will incur a 10% restocking fee. It is at the discretion of the company to deem leather product fit for return.
We kindly ask that you do not send your return using a personal shipping label. Any returns received that are not processed through our returns portal will not be accepted. See “Returns & Exchanges” for return instructions.
We only accept returns on items purchased directly from DL1961.com. We do not accept items purchased from other retailers.

Trying on multiple sizes may be convenient, but the emissions from shipping additional orders and excess packaging takes its toll.
