All international orders are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
Returns must be dropped off at UPS within 7 days from initiating return.
Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered and must have all original tags attached.

Leather product can be returned per our policy but will incur a 10% restocking fee. It is at the discretion of the company to deem leather product fit for return.
We only accept returns on items purchased directly from DL1961.com We do not accept items purchased from other retailers. Non-DL1961 items received at our warehouse will be discarded.
Any returns received at our corporate office or warehouse that have NOT been processed via our Returns Portal will not be acknowledged or refunded. DL1961 reserves the right to deny any returns that do not comply with our returns policy.
